Ok.. After speaking with many representatives.. I know the following
things
A) I have extended official invitations, through one ordermember or
another, to 13 Divine Orders.
The formally invited orders are as follows: Gaia, Oneiros, Twilight,
Phaestus, Sartan, Lupus, Ourania, Tarah, Aegis, Caspian, Pentharian,
Valnurana, Agatheis

B) Of these 13 Orders, I have received confirmation and representative
names from 9 of them. The Orders are as follows.
Forgive me if the terms are incorrect.. Gaians, Twilighters, Phaestians,
Lupine, Tarahans, Aegeans, Elysians(Pentharian), Dreamers(Valnurana),
Agatheians

C) There are 3 other Divine Orders whose members I have been unable to
reach.
Logosian, Daedalean, Vastarian.

If you are a member of one of those three Orders, please contact me via
message, tell, or letter so that I can formally invite you to the
conference.

At this time it appears that the Conference will be held(forgive the
OOC.. Achaean time is something i'm not so good at) on September 29th,
2001 at 10 AM EST. This is just a preliminary time and date.. Possibly
to change. If your orders chosen representative is unable to attend
PLEASE contact me and we can locate another representative.
The location of said conference will occur at the Crystal Leaf Inn.. in
the commons room. This location is subject to change as well, should i
think of a better neutral, secluded place for the conference to occur.
