This is mainly addressed to those who find the act of examining a
sentient being in a city overly difficult. Regardless of the apparent
abuse of sorts that the poor canine dwellers of Hashan have suffered, do
not take that as an invitation to take them out of their misery. As they
are considered residents of the city, anyone found killing said canines
will be enemied to the Crown of the Ithmia, as over half a dozen
examine-challenged people can personally attest.
