Greetings everybody,

By the end of the year 165, a number of New Celest shops will be up for
lease. Thus, the Chancellory of New Celest is now accepting applications
for new shop leases.

Celest shops can be leased for durations of 5, 10, 15, or 20 years, with
the amount of yearly rent (paid in the form of taxes) varying inversely
with the time leased (meaning the 5 year lease requires a greater annual
rent payment than the 20 year lease).

If you would like to apply, please message me the following information:
-What you plan to sell in your shop
-How you will procure these items (whether through personal trade,
friends, family, etc.)
-The duration of lease you would like to have.

If you would like more information about any aspect of Celest shop law
(including the exact values of the annual taxes, of customizing one's
shop, etc.), please do not hesitate to contact me.

Applying does not guarantee that you will be leased a shop. We already
have more applicants than shops available. Leases will be granted based
on merit, and not on first-come, first-serve.

Also, not all are eligible to lease a Celest shop. If you apply and are
ineligible for a Celest shop, you will be informed of such. Needless to
say, enemies of New Celest will be rejected.
