Firstly, of course Andelas is pestilenced, I've never seen anyone so
unwashed in my entire life, I expect the Rider of the Gods wrinkles his
nose in disgust when faced with Andelas' grubby, pocked countenance.
Thank you for pointing this out to us.

As for my little green pals busily stating their defiance of Sartan's
order and declining to be killed willingly as some form of sacrifice in
order to appease the Father of all that is foul Himself, stating that
they wish to be enemied makes very little difference to the state of
affairs as they stood beforehand. If you were lucky, you may be
recognised as a foresty type and perhaps be killed once for affect by
the disease riddled Andelas, whereas when they declare themselves an
enemy of the order of Evil, thus defying Sartan Himself, they may
...perhaps... be lucky enough to be given a passing kill by the
pustulent Andelas and his little friends, IF, I say IF, they ask very
rudely and practically jump up and down waving their hands in the air
saying "Ooo, oooh! Pick me, Pick ME!!" Sadly, the posts do not seem to
have this effect, and so many of my little verdant buddies are still
tottering around quite unmolested.

Frankly it's disgusting. this is a war...one would think that Lord Aegis
would be much pleased by the rivers of blood running across the land and
the screams of anguish and misery that ring out on the air...but
basically, there's the occasional muffled thud as one of the leafy young
is cut down, a brief skwark of indignation by his friends and the sound
of pattering feet, flitting back to Ashtan, and perhaps the small splat
noise as another virulently decayed part of Andelas falls off in the
retreat. I imagine the echoing silence of this so called war is giving
Lord Aegis a headache and I wouldn't be surprised if He stepped in,
smacked the lot of us around and told us to do it properly...but, well,
that's my opinion. Play it the way you wish dearlings...it's your war.

Oh, one more word on apologies...I apologise wholeheartedly for Andelas'
leperous face being seen more often in the forests. I'm sorry that this
war means that the stink of decomposition and suppurating sores is more
often wafted across our groves. Real sorry!
