The Tree

What an excellent story you have told us today. I never realized you
knew so much about the seven truths of evil. Well done
1) The small ferns were driving for advancement, for greatness. The
persuit of Evil.
2) Only slightly applicable, by a stretch. Disreguard the second truth
in this story
3) and 4) The tree had laxity of discipline, allowing those under it to
grow. It grew weak as a result, and was eliminated.
6) The tree's only crime was growing tall and being the most
magnificient. It could not help that others were scared of it. The ferns
paid no attention to this, no conscience (as they are plants, but this
is metaphorical, of course). The tree's innocence was not kept in mind
when the little bug constantly inflicted pain on the tree from within.
7) One of the most relatable to the story, through enduring hardships
externally-imposed, the others grew stronger, and destroyed the tree
from within.
Thank you for refreshing the minds of all Sartanites, myself included.
This simple story will remind us to never grow too tall and disreguard
the Gaians. Those that posted before me shall be hunted for a very long
time.
To all others, for further enlightenment, seek the scroll of Sartan
which contains the 7 truths. (HELP SARTAN)

Penned by my hand on the 25th of Ero, in the year 284 AF.
