in Her public post have been met, then the City of Shallam joins in this
ceasefire and ends their declaration of War on the Order of Evil.

The members who had been enemied for the duration of the war and serve
no fine to the Forests, Shall be unenemied immediately.

Those who were enemied and owe fines, Shall be unenemied when their fine
to Oakstone is paid.
