Greetings all,

Recently the Basin has been undergoing a number of strange events,
largely related to each city or commune's nexus of power. I have been
mostly hearing of these events secondhand, however I recently came
across some information I feel should be shared with all. I am a member
of the Outer Circle of Lord Lacostian's Order, and He recently spoke to
the Order. I was the only person around at the time to respond, so I
listened to all He had to say, though it was largely garbled and
difficult to understand. Normally this information would not be publicly
spread but He urged me to warn all that I could, so I decided to keep it
secret from no one. Here are the two things He said to me after
affirming that I was listening:

Lacostian says, "L..ten to M., Ha...n, I .... y.. t. t.ll .v.ry..e th..
th..e is ..eat dang.r abo.t t. ..ri.e the .rime ma..ri.l plan., the
pla.ar ene..ies a.e uns..ble, th. pl..es a.e un...eling."

Lacostian says, "I a. tr.p.ed be...en l.y..s o. re..ity an. I n...
a..i..an.e t. e.c..e, Xi.n nee.s t. be foun."

After telling Him that I was transcribing His words and would relay them
to others, He said this:

Lacostian says, "Ex...le..! ..r. as ma.y a. yo. can, I wil. attem.. t.
es...lis. a m... tang..le bo.. wi.. pr..e s. I c.. exp...n wh.. i.
ha...nin. i. mor. deta.."

Obviously the exact intent of all of His words is unclear, but I can
assume a number of things from what He has said, as I'm sure many of you
can as well. I believe He is warning of a grave danger to all of the
planes, as well as possible reference to very planes even unraveling? I
am probably not the best mind to analyze this, hence my desire to spread
this information as much as possible. I hope this is of aid for all of
us in determining what is happening. If this information is not of aid
