Shallam is a City of Light, Righteousness, Justice, Good.

The actions commited by Lord Sartan and the members of His Divine Order
against the Forests are directly opposed to these principles.

In combining with the alliance between Light and the Forests, the City
of Shallam is declaring a State of War on the Order of Evil, and all
those who Exterminate.

In accordance with the laws of Shallam, anyone who is a member of the
Order of Evil will be enemied immediately. All enemies to Oakstone shall
become our enemies. Anyone caught exterminating, shall be enemied.

The City of Shallam will end this war when Lord Sartan concedes to the
demands set forth by The Lady Gaia.
