war

To My brother, Sartan and His Children:
My children and I are not warlike. We have no interest in fighting and
we grow weary of cleaning up your messes.
The children of Sapience cry out for herbs and cures. The young ones
have trouble collecting the elixers they need to survive. The innocent
are being victimized and the harmless are dying. This is wrong.
Thus we propose an end to all hostilities. All enemies will be unenemied
once they have paid their fines, regardless of the amount of time they
are to be enemied, and the herb restrictions will be lifted in one
year's time to allow the damaged areas to heal and grow once more.
Nature does not hate but only lashes out against those who harms her.
Nature does not know revenge or spite. End this now and let it be
forgotten.
Penned by my hand on the 13th of Mayan, in the year 281 AF.
