My dear fellow,
If a boulder or an anvil are about to drop on your head, you are about
to get squashed, the fact they are different doesnt affect the outcome.
It is probably because I am as 'old and well versed' as I am that I tend
to lump both Evil and Darkness together. Lord Twilight is interested in
only himself, he cares not about the consequences of his actions, his
selfish chase for more power with Deaths heart would have resulted in
the extinction of mortal life and did result in the loss of Deucalion,
if he is helping Gaia I am conviced it is for his own reasons not hers.
I am fully aware of the fact that Evil and Darkness are not the same and
often appear to oppose each other, but that does not mean that they are
the opposite. From my mortal perspective, both Orders seek domination of
others and the exploitation of the innocent.
I would respectfully suggest that the opposition of Darkness and Evil is
a case of too many roosters in the hen house rather than the polarity of
their beliefs.
Isildur,
of the devout.
Penned by my hand on the 9th of Daedalan, in the year 280 AF.
