Lady Gaia has decreed that while the Herb Ban is in place, we need to
conserve the herbs that we _do_ have, as many forest locations have been
destroyed by the minions of Lord Sartan, and several herbs, notably
kola,
skullcap and kuzu are now extinct. Therefore, the allies of the forests,
as
well as non-harvesting Oakstonians will not be able to purchase any more
than
10 of any non-extinct herb PER MONTH, and no more than 2 PER MONTH of
any
extinct herb.
