Greetings all,

It has come to my attention that few people within Achaea have come down with a nasty affliction causing them to get confused and wander at times. I spoke to the shastaan fisherman and he just mumbled some words. For this reason, some quests may not be able to be completed as the people looking for certain items may be wandering around.
Don't fret, i have faith in healing and hopefully they'll be back and normal one day.
