Dark Salutations, Lord of Thugs,

Savagery has its place, Aegis. I said nothing about detesting war. As to your feeble attempt to manipulate Me into reciprocating your declaration of War, you have another thing coming. In any event, I do believe My point has been made. My subtle intellect has escaped your inferior mind, thus I shall be a bit more blunt.

1. I concede that I incited you to war with My venomous tongue, but then I can say this in hindsight. It was not My intent. I cannot help it that My influence is so pervasive that I can cause wars, change patronages, make peace... defeat gods... with nary a word. This should be an example to you that the pen is indeed much mightier than the sword. You would do well to learn this, Barbarian God.

2. I did not nor did I commission for some rogue God to emplace a particular statue in your Temple. That is just not My style. In fact, I am beginning to believe that perhaps you placed it there yourself, just so that you would have a "reason" to go to war.

3. As I did not nor did I commission for the statue to be made, you can demand that I remove it until the Logos is destroyed, for that is the day that I'll remove it.

4. You declared war, I didn't. You want it to end, then declare peace.

5. Regardless, though, I am through with this parley. As I said in My previous message, have fun in your "perpetual war."

Regards,
Twilight, the Manipulator

Penned by my hand on the 8th of Sarapin, in the year 271 AF.
