Apparently, posting another side of the story constitutes harrassment
in your book. And how unfortunate for me that I have an opinion
for I will be tasting the wrath of your blade due to these responses.
Of course you are free to do as you wish and live by your code defined by
your own brand of honour.
Now let's see...You spoke of neutral grounds. What can be more favourable
for you than Ashtan??? He and the guild would have prefered you to
return the items yourself. Since you had the energy and resources to steal them,
you should also expend the same effort in returning them. If your intent
was genuine, it would not have been a problem to do that.
If you were concerned about your safety, you would have given it back
to the representative who came to get them. He is a guildmate of mine
and a citymate of yours. He realized that Covenant was all tied up
and voluteered to obtain the items from you so the GM can proceed to take care
of more immediate matters. He said you refused.
And when Covenant WAS in Ashtan to get them...you refused to give it back.
You had the opportunity to give it back several times. You chose not to take them.
You only SAY you tried to give it back but never actually made any concrete
nor substantial effort to do so.
As for your theft, it was your yourself who made the label stick through your
own actions. THEFT means to take anothers property without permission
or right or to take/get insidiously or surreptitiously.
Obviously, under the circumstances...you qualify as a theif. Live with it.
The subject is closed. And all responses should be sent through messages
if you please. I am sure people would rather see something else a bit
more interesting.
Good day to you.
