Strangely enough, the winner in the ashtan lottery, ticket #52, has
still not claimed their prize. Remember, this is a shop sw of central
market in ashtan, a prime location. In addition to the shop, you get
250 herbs of your choice (max 50 of an herb), 25k, and 5 years tax free.
Well, the City of Ashtan guarantees a winner in this lottery. Hence,
Ticket #52 has until the end of this year (269), to step forward
and claim their prize or forfeit. We have already chosen an alternate,
an instant winning ticket, so the identity of the alternate is known to us.
We also have a master list of all the tickets cross-referenced to their
item number, so please dont waste your time trying to forge it.
