spot, just southwest of Central Market in Ashtan. The shop
will come equipped with 250 herbs (a 50 max of any one herb)
of your choice, 25000 gold in starting money and 5 years of
forgiveness on your shop taxes. For your chance at winning
this fabulous prize of becoming an instant shopowner, simply
purchase one of the letters for sale at any of the following

The Bamboo Garden -- NW W from Central Market
The Lottery Offices of Ashtan -- NE N from the Parade of
Zarathustra north of the statue.

Each of these letters will cost 5k. Only 350 tickets will be
sold. In addition to the grand prize, 35 of the tickets will
be instant prize winners.
