I think you confuse the terms balance and neutrality. Balance is the fulcrum between good and evil, choas and law. As you are not a follower of Daedalus, I can understand your confusion. Neutrality is not holding an opinion. Not saying or doing anything that would encourage or help any groups.

Therefore I don't understand what a clan of neutralities goals would be?
