Noxalar and the Venom Treaty

My dear girl,
How can you even attempt to justify such actions as this dispicable
murder?
I would quote to you some passages I found whilst persusing historical
records.
"Generally speaking, both the Serpentlords and the Shadowsnakes have
relied on Noxalar's wisdom"
"Noxalar is a key person as well. Please don't forget to
invite him if there is ever any treaty meeting on the venom issue."
"At the end of the day, it will still be all up to the Serpentlords,
the Shadowsnakes & Noxalar to decide the availability, supply and
pricing of the venoms."
All these quotes would suggest it was the authors opinion that Noxalar
was relied up to set guidelines, and would be involved in any future
treaty. Since you were that author, one would have expected you to
carry out your own recommendations and involve him.
I wonder if when he read those words Noxalar would have thought
his own involvement in the treaty would have been his own death.
Isildur.
