Greetings Warlocks,
After reviewing the situation with the MC a decision has been made. GR 1 Members between the lvls of 21 and 30 shall spend all of their time pearling. This may seem a little harsh but when you sit back to look at it, it will be rather easy for them to leave this bracket if they keep up the work. After reaching lvl 35, if you have been noticed to have been following this rule, you will gain ONE GF that will make you a GR 2. If you have not been doing your duties you will be asked to continue pearling non stop untill the level of 40. Pearls are a Must for his guild as we are the more active fighter Magi class guild in the land. From now on I expect to see it raise rather fast.

Guildrank 1 members shall now have the suffix, Pearl Hunter. Please make sure if you have crystalhome you tell a secretary how many you are folding so we can keep an eye on you and when you reach lvl 35 we will know how you have done. For those of you that won't have the required lessons for crystalhome, another reason lvl 35 has been marked as the last lvl is you should gain the needed lessons for crystalhome by then.

Secretaries and others who can guildfavour, please don't guildfavour GR 1 members untill they have done what is required of them, unless they do something that really merits a guildfavour. Also help to teach new members just were they can find pearls. This does not mean that others can stop pearling. this will just help them to level and to keep the Master Crystal growing.

As i stated before, there will be rewards for those that put the Master Crystal over the marks of 15k, 20k and 25k. The rewards will be that amount in gold. If you think you are going to put the crystal over that amount please have a witness, i would prefer a secretary, to watch you have it reach the current mark.
