Question: cities are to impose a minimum price of 2000 gold on every venom sold within their walls. Noxalar sells every venom for less than 2000 except one which is exactly 2000. This is as sensible as druids selling health refills for 750 gold when Seasone does them for 300. Did you snakes forget to purge your aconite when you came up with this grand contrived scheme? Please, someone explain the logic behind this!
