This is a notice to all that Shallam is currently having its cityenemy list reviewed. Quite a few names will be removed from the list over the next few months.
Consider this a second chance given to ye by the city. We ask those that are granted an alliance with shallam once again please read over the constitution before ye next visit and contact us if there are any questions.
We ask also, that the laws are better obeyed in the future. If any questions arise feel free to contact me.
