This message is directed at all the people of Shallam.

Today it was decreed that the sovereign territory of Ashtan extends to
North of Thera.

It was also decreed that all shrines within the territories of Ashtan
are an offense to our ways and a blatent provocation.

You, the people of Shallam, have five days to remove the two existing
shrines from Ashtan to avoid extensive bloodshed. If any further shrines
are erected within our territories during this time or at any time in
the future this will be considered an outright act of war.
