I wont attack your penmanship, I will attack your post. And before I do I would like all to know I in no way have any authority to dictate church policy, my rank in the church is that of a role-model, not a decision maker. But I do know what the codex says and the teachings of Aurora, Goddess of Light, co-creator of the codex and former patron of the church. As well as a large quantity of knowledge of the history of the church and Achaea.
Firstly, the Isildur and the church are upholding the rights of the innocent by protecting the Therans. They did not ask to be taken over and their leader killed. Secondly, why would the church wish to control Thera? We do not control the peoples of the land. Shallam does not have soveriegn states or areas.
You say and I quote .... The freedom you offer Thera ,Shallam, what freedom is this! So you can go in their and take it over as soon as Ashtan has bean thrown out, but under the name of Alliance! So you can use Thera as a Place to attack Ashtan from! Dos this freedom say "You can do what ever you want, but only if Shallam has said
you can"!. There are several things wrong with this statement. Firstly, the church and Shallam have never willingly carried on any war they have been apart of. They have always searched for a way to end in peace. Secondly the Church and Shallam have never in any recent history declared war on any governing body in Achaea without due cause such as this, or attacked a neighbouring governing body during times of peace. So if, or should I say when, Thera is liberated, we will not use it as a launch point for attacks. Finally, you are again talking from ignorance as you stated something that you have no knowledge about. Shallam would not dictate policy to Thera under any aliance, even if they wanted an alliance with us. Remember this is peoples of Achaea protecting another people of Achaea, not an alliance.
You wish to talk about forked tongues and want to know our values. They can be found in many places, first is the Codex of the Church which is on display in two locations I can think of, at Delos and in the Basilica. The second set of values we believe in are found in the constitution of Shallam on display at the gates to our fait city.
About instigating Violence in Thera, how can we be the ones instigating it, when you are the ones to have Killed the Mayor of the fair town. On top of this you say peoples lives are being destroyed by the swipe of a "holy quill" used by some fat priest in a cushy office. I can assure you there is no "holy quill", as there is no fat priest using it.
And about your plea to Achaea, well they know who is good and right and just wants to see the World get better and the love and light shine on us with the sword of Justice and the Shield of Rightousness protecting them. They can make up their own minds, and I am sure will take the actions of the peoples of Shallam over one persons plea, for that is what it is a plea.
