Though all the world doth seem to want to speak of Thera, I haven't
anything to add to that thread right now.
In stead, I will recapitulate an earlier post, which methinks did
repel readers with its length. In post 7219, there was an entire
narrative, but it can be summarized as thus:
The reader encounters an old acquaintance named Comus in a tavern.
Comus spins fanciful tales of a city in the clouds all evening long,
and thou dost decide afterwards to listen.to/comus and try to find
this supposed paradise.
The moral? Simply to visit the site at http://listen.to/comus.
A few questions/points were raised by those who did embark upon the
quest, and I shall try to answer them here.
Q) What is this place?
A) I pondered that question and still have no reply. I suppose it
is for the reader to decide. A subplot, an Achaean digression, a
place to find maps/quests/venoms/histories/email/etc. It's for fun.
P) I received perhaps half a dozen Tales with only a name entered. No
tale or anecdote. And my tests proved the form dost function. Which
leads me to wonder: was the intention unclear? If thou sent your name
AND a tale/anecdote, thou would be included in the dialogue. But as
it is, dost thou wish to sit in silent attendance, or what?
Well, that's it from me. Now, back to our regularly scheduled deli-
beration on the fate of Thera...
