In regards to Ashtan's complete disregard for the freedom and will of Therans, and apparent willingness to use force to pursue a path that threatens the freedom of others as well, Shallam hereby gives Ashtan 1 month to withdraw their 'peacekeepers' from Thera and officialy revoke claims to it.

Should Ashtan fail to comply, Shallam will intervene to ensure that the Theran's freedom and safety are restored.
