Noone can tell Napoloen but lets face it after Isildur hes pretty damn wise and if he says something ... even being a rogue paladin and all I still listen. As far as books are concerned hes probally read more in Shallams Library (when hesnot enemied) and Hashans Academy etc than I have ever heard of. I dont think, and with all respect, you nor I are in any position to tell him what to do! That is why I dont.
