Now that we have 3 mage guilds, (or will soon), just start treating
area affects as direct attacks. If I am in a public place and get
hit with a hailstorm or pulled into a room, or whatnot, thats is an
attack, treat it as such. Tell the mage they have 10 seconds to
remove all vibrations, or they will find themself slain.

It seems kind of strict, but think about it, If we were chilling at
north of thera, and you walked in and did grave hands, what would
we do to you?
