Oh my darlings

I cannot apologise to you all enough for my disgusting display of self indulgence and miserable behviour. You are all so good to me, I don't know what I'd do without you.

I'd like to list all of you personally who have helped me through my brush with insanity, but I think that some of you would rather remain anonymous, so I'll leave it at the fact that every single one of you who has posted, messaged me and spoken to me since I took my little holiday from sanity are absoluteley wonderful and I love you all.

I am sorry to all those who I hurt while I was feeling bad, I needed to lash out and make other people hurt like I was which was disgusting and selfish and I am so glad that you have all taken it in your stride and not stopped caring. It's people like you who keep me going and I honestly cannot thank you enough for your kindness, tolerance and patience.

You have all taught me that it's not wrong to feel sad, it is wrong to hide it and dwell on it, when I should be working with those I love to overcome it.

Darlings, if I can ever return the favour and be a shoulder to cry on, a punching bag or just someone to listen, please, don't hesitate to ask. I care for you all deeply and I never want any of you to feel unwanted or unloved. I love you all.
