The Magi, and Miramar

In a way I see little reason to write this post, as those who are against the order of miramar will hate it no matter what I write, and those under Taranis' influence will remain as helpless to do anything but either agree with him or be silent no matter what I write down here.

Taranis ordered the Magi Neophytes to learn a certain skill until we had a certain ability, which I will not name for the sake of civility. This abilities lies around the expert skillrank. I said, over the guildchannel, that "It is not wise for Taranis to tell us to train like this, because we can't reach expert without credits". He then got very angry with me, and I apologized for my comment, saying that I did not know he was on. He said that whether or not he was on should not influence my saying this, which is true. He then continued yelling at me about it, sending about five more guildtells as the rest of the guild listened, before saying on the guild channel once again, "Drop it Zio". I then said that I had dropped it a long time ago and that he was the one who hadn't let it go. He then outguilded me for this, and my last words as a Magi were "I speak my mind, if you must outguild me for this then so be it." I thought that the Magi were a guild of intelligence where one can voice ones thoughts,

This was not however my first disagreement with Taranis, rather my second. My first was when he outguilded the Neophyte Flambros, a one time priest who is very loyal to Shallam and offered to create some magic items for me. There was a small fiasco involving some Kharon having magi items, which we were not to give out at that point save to each other, and the Kharon gave the item back to Taranis. Taranis claimed that it had Flambros' mark on it,
(Magi): Flambros says, "WhaT?"
And taranis promptly outguilded him without any sort of interrogation. I spoke to Flambros about it, and as it turned out he made items for almost anyone in the guild who claimed to need them, and he was very adept at the complicated enchanting procedure. But he was outguilded, by the guild of justice, without any sort of trial, even though it was very possible that another Magi gave the item out third-hand or that it was lost in some way. Taranis then later went out and killed Flambros because of a bug that allowed him to continue possession of his skills. His skills were of course later taken away.

The day after my outguilding, I sent a tell to Taranis asking if there was any official reason why I had been outguilded or if I had just been kicked out for talking back. He sent a tell back, saying, "Yes, there's an official reason", and then he turned his tells off after I asked him to tell it to me.
I asked over the CT why he couldn't tell me why I was outguilded instead of turning his tells off, and Ryvern met me in argument.

Here is another example of the thought control Miramar and the Magi enforce upon their subjects. Ryvern, Dave, Aeilan and every other Magi who wasn't a wide-eyed neophyte and might have otherwise sympathized with me was inguilded upon "probationary status", in which Taranis very bluntly says that he will outguild them over the slightest thing. This is obviously true with all the Magi, and the only thing approaching sympathy I got was questions and little "Ah." replies back.
Miramar then zapped me over the CT because I would not stop talking until I was given the official reasons for my outguilding, and I said over the city channel that "This isn't justice, this is just having it your way". Miramar then disfavoured me even though I have no skills to lose, and got in my face screaming at me, "You DARE tell me what justice is?". I said that I was not the first nor would I be the last person ever to argue with her. She is not perfect. After asking her if she has ever made a mistake in her life, she muted me.

I do not think that my violent ejection from the Magi and Miramar figurativly kicking me while I was down was justice. I don't think it was fair and aside from this last statement everything above is a straight compilation of facts. I leave all of you to draw your own opinions, though I know that most will not be able to voice them.

I was wrong ever to support Shallam or believe in Miramar. But there is freedom over the horizon, for everyone with the courage to step towards it. It is however to late for me, as I can never recover from the scars given to me by them. I will now quitely go out and commit suicide, and hope that some day my own small case and all of the others are put to rest by someone other than the book burning, thought-controlling hordes of that one-sided coin known as Miramar.
