I cannot speak for all of My Brothers and Sisters nor for the Logos
Himself, as We all have Our own thoughts with regards to Our orders.
However, in the circumstance above, I would hope that you would go to
the deity to respectfully discuss the situation with Them. It may
be a situation where the Deity could help you to gain your focus or
work with you to find another path while remaining in the order.
In the case, where there is no reconciliation to be had, some
Deities may let you go peacefully and others may not. Then the
choice of what they were willing to endure would be up to the
individual. However, in either case, the person should never
speak disrespectfully to or about that God. And certainly not
make a statment renouncing them as if they were somehow above
the Deity.

I have been placed in this situation once. A follower came to
Me and wanted to leave My order. I spoke to him a while about it
but he still wished to leave. I gave him a choice. He could
perform a task for me which I knew would take him a couple of days
and afterwards I would release him with My blessing or he could
quit and I would punish him. It was not that I really needed the
task performed, but that I wanted to insure he was not acting
impulsively and would later regret it. The couple of days would
give him time to think about what he really wanted. I am happy
to say that he is still in My order and beloved by Me.
