Order

Dearest Residents of Sapience,

Firstly, I have no desire to join the Magi, the rustle in the
leaves of the forest sing a song I cannot resist and Im afraid Ill
be bound to it as the sap in those same trees were mine own blood.
But, I must write here the trite and obviously misguided notions of
such simple words as "order" and "chaos." In all things, ALL THINGS,
save perhaps the divine, exist these two elements. Order is the
aspect that gives all races of sapience two eyes and two arms and a
mouth full of teeth. Who are you to call that good or to call that
evil? Chaos is the aspect that makes one person short, another tall,
blond or brunette. Again, who are you to call that good or evil?
These two words refer only to the organization of things, people,
atoms, and even spots on calico cats. Not everything needs to be
pigeonholed into your mold of good vs. evil. A curious example strikes
me. The Infernal Guild, for instance, declares itself to be a
institution of evil. But (and this is the curious part) they seek to
acheive this state of evil through the systematic (orderly) elimination
of all that they deem weak. Gods above! Can this even be possible?
An organization (again a synonym of ordered) focussed on both evil
and order? I say to you, when you complain about some overplayed
dichotomy, that any that exists there is what you yourself have
created. With that said, peoples of Sapience, lets put sterotypes
aside for a moment and embrace the Magi and let them, through their
actions reveal their identity.

The Sight council me,

Your Augur Fetzer

Penned by my hand on the 25th of Ero, in the year 254 AF.
