This is just a short note to clarify some issues.

First off, EVERYONE is welcome within Hashan. Yes, even those who have acted crimes against her, so long as their debts are paid in accordance with the Laws of Hashan which are posted for public view at the Crossroads.

Second - If a person tells you that you are to give up citizenship in Hashan, especially if you are to face consequences if you do not, they are BREAKING THE LAWS OF HASHAN. It is called Sedition, and it is a malicious act toward the greater good of the City of Darkness. I, as the Seneschal of Hashan, namely welcome ALL Sentinels back into our walls. If you once called Hashan home, and were forced to leave, then I am officially asking you to return. If you are punished for your actions, know that you will always have a home, and your punisher will be dealt with swiftly and harshly.


I trust that this matter is now perfectly clear. Those who have committed acts against Hashan are being dealt with at present. By the Glory of Lord Twilight, Hashan will stand as the Crown of Ithmia, such as it always has been.

Finally, for those who have comitted crimes and wish to be allied to Hashan once more. If you will contact me, then I will personally count all charges and their punishments. Thereafter, you will be informed and, once duly paid, allied to the City once more.
