As a service to my Caliph, I will here rewrite his announcement of the claiming of Jaru in a more orderly fashion.

It is on this day, the 4th of Sarapin, 254 years after the fall of the Selucarian Empire, that I, Khaseem lay claim to the city of Jaru and all territories within it's boundries. As the Caliph of Jaru I hereby name Gijan, Israfel, Cyre, and Cooper as Barons Of the city Jaru. It is also with the greatest honour and reverence that I name The Goddess Miramar as our city's patron Diety. Reguardless of past grudges or biases, Jaru will be run powerfully and justly. All are welcome to request citizenshipWithin Jaru. You need not leave your current city to be a citizen of Jaru. Reguardless of faith, guild, clan, or order all will be considered evenly.A majority rules vote will be held for each person wishing join with Jaru. If you are accepted you will be welcomed into the fold of those privilaged enough to claim Jaru. In addition we will not hesitate to name enemies of Jaru, who will be Hunted and punished. I will not draw this out any longer, any further clarification needed, I can make personally.
