Public News Post #6105

Speechless

I'm struck speechless, and frankly, not by your beauty.
Hate to sound harsh, but that's the kind of thing you
talk to your friends about if you're not looking for
scathing scolds from fellow Achaeans. A few reasons, if
you can look at the two mortals who've Ascended, they were
both great leaders and seasoned Achaeans. You are little more
than a newbie, and should be worried more about befriending
your guildmates and making yourself a name there before
publicly stating that you think you have good reason to
nominate yourself as a hopeful for the position of Goddess
of Beauty.

Another thing, I personally have never seen a God or Goddess
with 'less power' than the others. Sure, some have less essence,
but They receive that stuff from offerings, and it's Their
decision on how They spend it. Maybe you meant Celani? But
by your wording it doesn't really look like you meant you
wished to become the Celani of Beauty, since Celani are
immortal servants of the Gods, but are hardly considered Gods
themselves.

Whatever the matter, if it counts for anything, I could think
of many more mortals that would fit the position much better.
But it's not even the decision of mortals, the Pantheon decides
who becomes a God(dess) and who doesn't. I'd just like to say
that the Druids as a guild did not prompt you to write this post.
(And that goes out to everyone, yeesh, don't look at me!)

Sorry again if this seems harsh, but, well, yikes.
