First and foremost, Dekkar, the Laws of Hashan. It states on the very public plaques located at the crossroads that ignorance of the law does not constitute innocence. As for it being a crime? Yes, it is indeed a crime to pull someone from within Hashan. The same as it is to Hoist someone. It is an aggressive action that had effect within the sovreign walls of Hashan. Further, I take -every- mortal word with a grain of salt. It is nothing personal, but no, I do not believe that you had no part in it. As for my accusations of harassment, that was a blanket statement. I can, however, vouch for many a mind when I say that you are not held in high graces amongst Hashanites. As a city, I cannot speak for us. I can, however, for individuals.
The charges remain, for -all- involved, and my "feelings" do not change.
For Hashan,
