Humans happen to be born in cities because they are the most culturally
advanced of the races. I'm not sure about the history, but I'd have to
save chances are many of the other races have been enslaved by the
humans at some point in time. In fact, I think many humans even now
take sport in killing the backwards Mhun who live in that mud village
Moghedu.
