Dearest Vega,

While I could never speak for my brothers and sisters in Peace,
I do believe it is only fair to answer you.

One could strike us down repeatedly and send us back to the
beginning and there we would be.

The first strike we would forgive, the second strike again
we would forgive, the third we would wonder why but still
we would forgive. The more you strike the more we would
try to understand what drives you. And when that final
strike comes, yes we would still love you.

But would we like to be struck down and returned to the
begining? I sure know I would not. I know that I would
be quite disturbed and yes very angry. However,
I would know that this is a test to my faith and devotion
to peace and I would never seek vengence nor
curse the hand that harmed me.

More cautious I would live. More weary I might be, but
I would go on and strive to be worthy of Lord Oneiros's
peace.

May all of our hearts be graced by the peace that is
the will of Lord Oneiros.
