Let it be known that, on this day, I, Neokove, the Minister of Security for Hashan do place bounties upon the following persons for crimes committed against the Hashan and/or Her Citizens -

Aron - 5000 gp
Fostrow - 5000 gp
Dekkar - 5000 gp
Cooper - 1000 gp

I, as well as the citizens of fair Hashan would expect that these bounties be claimed in the way in which they are intended - by the slaying of these beings, and the presentation of their head/corpse to the proper authorities. (i.e. Heads cannot be bought from a shop.) Anyone found to be willfully violating this law will have a bounty set upon them in the amount of 5 times the bounty claimed, and be subject to enemy status for lifetime, as well as being brought up on charges of Theft.
