The Regents of the city-state of Hashan have voted to make it an
outlawing offense for any other than those of the serpent class to
possess or use any venom listed in the ban promulgated by the
serpent guilds of Sapience.
We shall also willingly enter into reciprocity agreements with the other
city-states on the matter of enemying these individuals.
