My dear fellow,
You seem to be somewhat confused as to the actual events that took
place, allow me to fill the gaps, and give a true recounting of what
happened.
Firstly, your branding as an enemy was because just a few days hence
you had attacked me (with Napoloen) in Shallam. However since I was
about to kill you, I though to avoid the whining and crying that normally
follows your death, I wouldn't bring the city defences into the fight. So
I waited until you were dead before branding you an enemy.
Secondly, regarding your being 4 locations away from the shrine, when I
convocated you. Upon bringing you to my location, I saw you left the
location of the shrine, not one several locations away, thus I accuse you
of being a liar. However I would not expect people to trust my word, and
your excuse seems perfectly valid, after all everyone has experienced
the effect of 'ghost shrines'. Your lie has an obvious error though.
Only a Golden shrine may influence you 4 locations away, and those that
defiled the shrine will verify it was never more than Marble. So even if
it was 'ghosted' it could never have affected more than 2 adjacent locations.

Being as the war is over though, and since I avenged my attack, I will brand
you an ally of Shallam, though if I find you attacked anyone other than
myself in Shallam you will once again be an enemy of the City.
