Hail, Sapience -

In Hashan's continuing effort to protect the safety and sense of security of Her residents and law-abiding guests, a new law is being enacted. It reads as follows -

-Any person caught with illegal venoms in their posession within the walls of Hashan will promptly be enemied and escorted out of our City. Furthermore, to extend the Brotherhood between Hashan and Ashtan, as well as to provide a further sense of security to all of Hashan's guests, any person who recieves legal action from the City of Ashtan for the crime of posession of illegal venoms will also be enemied from Hashan.

Although this has not been commented on officially by Elentari, the Seneschal of Hashan, I, the Minister of Security, am greatly disturbed by these happenings, and feel the need to take action so as to ensure the safety of Hashan's citizens and guests. Further, I would expect that these statements are cut and dried. The carrying of venoms that are not listed for sale at Noxlar's is considered illegal as is, much less bringing them within the walls of a peace-loving City such as Hashan.
