Achaean News
a sad sad day in the history of the Infernals.

My regret is more than I can express in words, as I write this bulletin. Some of my best soldiers, the ones I considered most loyal, and best suited to be officers in the Infernals have been pulled into Twilights plans of dominance. I know Lord Twilight can be very persuasive. Both with the carrot and the switch. I understand their willingness to join, in the absence of any alternative god "on this side of the fence" as it were.
Three of my officers were infiltrated and planning to overthrow the guild power structure and hand it over to Twilight as a gift. I post only on the designs of the mortals, for I dare not guess what Twilights ultimate plans were or are. But one thing I know to be true, is that the guild of the Infernals has always endeavored (not always suceeded) in being a chivalrous and dependable guild. My deepest loyalty at any time, is to the guild. I built it, and I care for it. It is my opinion that were Twilight to patron this guild, Achaea would not have any chivalry left but for a handfull of idealists who dared not speak to loudly. He is unquestionably a very strong and charismatic God, but He is not what the Infernals need as a Patron.
The people involved in turning the guild over to Twilight have been outguilded, for treason. This is the darkest day in my rememberance. The guild of the Infernals has been torn. I grieve.
To those of you who have been outguilded, especially the secretaries, you could have changed things from within, had you felt any change was needed. There was never any need for subterfuge.
The plot thickens and thickens. A Disfavour, and an Eternal Disfavour from Lord Twilight, and Napoloen the First officer of His Order has now branded me an enemy of Ashtan. One can not fight city hall they say... I will fight for my guild, and I will take the lumps as they come. If I fail my guild, then I have nothing left. I will protect them as I best can. Sartan! Aegis! We need a voice in the Garden! Hear me...
