venoms

It seems that a mans word, not to apply his venoms to his blades is not acceptable, regardless of who that man is or his intent. I do live by laws, and more to the point, I live by the intent of laws, more than the letter of the laws. I have been asked to stop carrying my venoms even though I do not use them. The letter of the law accepts that I put them in our guild shop storeroom. I can, at any time go in and get them, but the letter of the law has not accounted for this. You may all be certain of one thing, it is not the key to the shop that keeps me from using the venoms, it is the fact that I respect the intent of the law and have given my word not to use the venoms. To appease the shouting hordes that stand at Napoloens door, pitchfork and torch in hand... I store them in our shop instead.
Sometimes a small lie can serve the same purpose as 20 truths, but I have obviously not learned the virtues of that skill yet. It is no wonder Lord Twilight threw me out of His Order in disgust. I have far to go, it seems.
