The venom ban and laws

Achaeans,

During a recent spar between Sinistar and Israfel, an illegal venom was deployed onto Israfel. Multiple witness saw the first stage of the venom Voyria ("Blood begins to drip slowly from Israfel's nose"-I'm not using that as a quote as I know that isn't completly accurate) occuring in the middle of the spar. After the spar Sinistar was enquired about this and claims to have never used an illegals. However I'm not going to even try to argue that no one else could have used the venom.

After the spar I talked to Sinistar and this are a few things he said regarding his possesion of illegal venoms:

Ekary Lucoster, the Sinistar says, "No need, I have the venoms, I just dont use them. I do not wish to waste the vials."

Ekary Lucoster, the Sinistar says, "I have them. There is no certainty that;this ban will be a success. Should it be annulled, I will use the ones that;have not decayed."

Sinistar tells you, "I have no problem admitting that. I told you why I have them. They may or may not be legal before the vials decay."

Now I refer to a quote from a post written by Napoloen, regarding Ashtan's policy on Illegal venoms:

As of now anyone carrying "illegal" venoms is committing a crime against Ashtan

Undoubtably Sinistar has been inside Ashtan since this was said. If anyone tries to dispute this I'm going to kick the crap out of them *grin*

Now here is a quote from the Infernals policy on Illegal venoms, written by Valor (Public post 5068):

The Infernals will not tolerate any use of illegal venoms. If you have proof of such usage then notify the leadership of the guild.

Now normally I would have notified the leadership, but I found it rather difficult when the leader is the offender

Now I am intrested in how Ashtan and the Infernals will handle this situation. One would hope it applies to everyone of this realm, not just an excuse to get Isildur enemied from Ashtan. I await a response from the leaders of these two organazations.
