Wow! *peers off into the distance* That was a rather large jump of logic.
First of all, I have only ever met two Church members that have shown more honour than most of the Infernals I know, and one of them has since become an Infernal. But that's not the discussion.
My point was... That if the Church claims to have such a law, than certainly the Serpent guilds can as well. If you assume these laws to be valid, as you have, then a large number of Church members have also proven themselves lawbreakers and to have no honour. The same thing that you just pointed the finger at the Infernals for. Resisting a law you disagree with is not in all cases dishounourable.
But if you wish to call both the Paladins and Infernals dishonourable, the go ahead.
If you look at it from the other side, as Isildur seems too, then no guild has the right to claim a law and consider themselves just in enforcing it (except within their guild of course). If this is the case, then all the times throughout the years when a Church member killed someone for defiling a shrine... well, it was murder. Thus, the Church of Achaea has some serious crimes to atone for.
Which is the correct view? Who knows... Decide for yourself. I was just trying to say that the Church shouldn't point an accusing finger at other guilds for doing something the Church has been doing for decades.
Anyway, Take care,
-Tim
