Mandrake

I would like to take a moment to say a few things about our Guild Master.
It has been said that Mandrake favours a tight group...That tight group listens
to larger groups. Take Mysti for example, who is loved amoung all Druids.
She has the ear of many, young and old, and is one of Mandrakes, and Gaia's
trusted advisors.
A leader must have delegates, a trusted and versatile staff, to filter, difuse and
report so that the leader is not to swamped to deal with the most urgent when
it arises.
We have 2 empty spots in our guild, I have faith that Mandrake is taking his time,
to choose worthy Druids, and as there are many, that is no easy task.
On the topic of the Guild Master not talking with all the young, We have so many,
how could a person have 1 on 1 time with everyone?
I think Master Mandrake is doing a fine job, and I regret that when strife has
passed and calm settles on the guild, we think we need a new GM. Let it ride
freinds, let's see what can be done in a few years while there is calm and peace in
our guild.
On a side note, young ones yearning for purpose...explore the forests, learn them
as you know your own hand. Then, when war, fire or destruction of the forest,
Gaia forbid, may arise, you will be better able to serve Gaia, nature and the guild.
Learn your guild skills, learn how each plant and elixer works, against what ailment.
Read the histories and help tomes, like help cures. We can learn as much from
reading and spending time alone in nature if we try, as we can from each other.
As usual when i post not so oft, I have chattered to much, and my pen knew no
straight path, my appoligies.
oh, and to my friend Gunthar, I hope, one day in the future I am sure I will be
voteing for you as GM.
Ever the humble servant of Gaia and the guild,
