How would you guys feel about a small area in the game (30 rooms or something)
that the Gods would declare strictly off limits for fighting? This would
mean that you are not allowed to attack, harrass, etc other people in there
but it would also mean that you are not allowed to use it as a base from
which to attack. No formal system of code would support this, but
punishment for anyone violating the _spirit_ of these rules would come
fast and harsh.

I'd like to hear some feedback on this.
