You

Written by: Twilight, God of Darkness and Death
Date: Monday, April 17th, 2000
Addressed to: Miramar, Goddess of Justice

Sweet Darkness, Miramar! I was forced into war simply because you slew My favoured Child, Gijan and disfavoured My young child, Usagi. If you had not acted so callously and emotionally, I am quite certain that the current state of war would not exist.
As you have apologized for your transgression to My minion, I am perfectly willing to resume the combat of champions. Although you should keep in mind that, initially, no rule was made about the fight being honourable or just. You made an assumption about Me, and you, My sister, should never ever do such things when it comes to Me.
As I have said time and time again, I care nothing for honour or dishonour, neither good nor evil, justice nor oppression, although there are those who follow Me that do. I care only for My flock and that which I consider Mine, thus you affronted Me by acting like a tyrant amongst Me and Mine.
The greatest vow that My followers make is to follow the Dark Law... "If it harms not the Order, then you may do as you please." The Dark Law allows My children to have the free-will to act and do as they please, with the knowledge that they are members of a thriving and powerful Family of Darkness.
You slaying Gijan and disfavouring Usagi for actions that they did of their own free-will were anathema to Me, thus I sought to protect them from your vile, despotic and deceptive ways. I guard and watch over My followers like a hawk, and I caution any god who would interfere with them to consider how I will react, ere they think of doing such a thing.

May the Darkness grant you surcease from your highly emotional, fickle and paranoid mind,
Twilight, Father of Darkness and Champion of Death

Penned by my hand on the 17th of Sarapin, in the year 246 AF.
