As I dry my tears from reading your heart rending account of your early
life, I can only offer my praise for your courage and resolve in letting
us know a little more about the "real" Laergon.

Obviously, the Church's murderous and evil ways was one of the reasons
that I founded the Loving Hearts Orphanage. For those who remember,
several priests, who pride themselves on piousness and chastity, had
fathered some illegitimate children. In order to protect their "good"
names and reputations, these priests ordered their templar lackeys
to kill the children. This, of course, only reminds me too much of
the travesty of justice the Church inflicted upon you and your young
brother and your mother. If only there was an orphanage back then
to protect you from the Church's cruel justice!

For those who are wondering, I have thoroughly "cleaned up" the
administration of Loving Hearts Orphanage and can assure you that
no harm comes to any of the orphans enrolled there. I thank Aeschylus
for alerting me to the fact that some orphans were abused. The
situation has been corrected and you can rest assured the orphans
are being treated with loving kindness as was always the original
intent.
