I Beg to Differ

"Demonic claws lash out from unseen holes, raking your flesh."
"Hordes of screaming demons whirl around you, draining your resolve."

This shows clearly that the demons do emerge into our realm. Although those not being attacked only hear them this does not contradict that they are still there. It's like saying a shadowsnake you can't see isn't really in the room with you, even after you hear them. Clearly caster's of such rites are in fact bringing demons into the realm though for a short time. Therefore *reiterate all that stuff I wrote before* and thus the Church uses evil as a tool.

Finally, I do not disagree that the Church COULD always be right. I argued taht it is, but that arguement also would say that the Occultists are always right, even when it disagrees with the Church (which is always right). It's just an odd paradox that arrises in axiomatic reasoning (a topic I highly recomend everyone study sometime).

Penned by my hand on the 18th of Phaestian, in the year 244 AF.
